  Best Buy hired them to install my kitchen appliance, Oven, Range, Fridge panels, and range hood

  Everyone has their own experience but I have had a great experience with the appliances that they installed for me. After several different teams' attempts to install my Thermador range hood, the shah company was the last to come and finish the job. Since then I have only asked for SHAH to do the installation of my appliances.

  Delivery and Install

  Do not hire these people, do not outsource to these people. If you see their name on your installation paperwork, cancel the install. If it's too late, spend the money to bring someone in to check their work.

  Best Buy hired them to remove a dishwasher and replace it. Let's go down the list.
  1. We were given a timeframe of 3pm-6pm. They arrived at 730pm, with no forewarning.
  2. The delivery team was extremely unprofessional.
  3. When they removed the old dishwasher, they saw black mold. Instead of letting us clean the dangerous mold, they instead attempted to install the new one on top without informing us. We only saw because we passed through the kitchen.
  4. It was raining. We asked them to unpack the electrical appliance with exposed metal indoors. When we went to confront them about the mold, they were opening the thing outdoors in the rain and denting it.
  5. They had us sign paperwork and we made very clear that delivery and haul away were checked, but installation was left unchecked. They did not give us a copy, and we found out later that they had checked the box themselves and told best buy it had been installed.
  6. After taking something out to the trash bin, we noticed the delivery truck sitting in the middle of the road, lights completely out, the deliverymen looking out at other houses. When they saw me, they scrambled into their truck and drove off. They seemed like they were casing the houses.
  7. Upon talking with Best Buy and requesting a different company, we received a call and the person on the phone swore they were not the same company. We only learned that they lied to us when Geek Squad called us about the discrepancies in the paperwork. I repeat, Mr Hussain lied to me directly and claimed his company had never been to my house.
  8. After weeks of trying to find a different company, we received a call from Mr. Hussain again. When my girlfriend confronted him with everything he and his company had done, he responded with "As a woman, you need to have respect for yourself and speak in a proper way. Now it is my turn to talk and you will listen to me."
