6/3/24 - ALERT - WARNING
I hired Shane - Hughes Construction - to build a new modest 2650 sqft house. The construction started in August 2021 and as today June 3, 2024, after almost 3 years the house is not finished. Shane gives me pure excuses for not working on my project. The project looks and is abandoned. Also, Shane has smeared me into legal problems with projects suppliers. I paid punctually all invoices submitted and never expected this long project delay. The delay is causing me and my family big financial and mental stresses.
I am summarizing these facts to warn others of what could happen to them too. If someone has a question on this topic let me know to go over your inquires.
