    Basement finish and some repairs to get our house ready to sell
    $27,000

    DO NOT HIRE THEM! Kevin Shannon and his partner, Brian Kilgore, are BOTH CROOKS...We hired them in July 2017 for basement finishing and some minor repairs for a cost of $27K. We paid them a deposit of $7K; they did nothing but damaging our house. They didn't remedy the defects, instead ran with our deposit. Kevin is hiding behind his parents and in laws, so you won't be able to track him down. The folks filing these complaints are not his only victims... We have been in contact with several more who were frustrated with the legal system of our state that they felt filing complaints are not worth their time. But if all of his victims get together and do something to put these thugs in jail, at least we can bring awareness and keep them from stealing more hard-earned money from innocent people. Kevin has filed many fictitious businesses in the past--food truck, real estate flipping, etc. We can clearly see his motives: stealing from society!!! Don’t believe in the positive comments on the Amazon site…It still shows his business as LICENSED and THAT IT PERFORMED BACKGROUND CHECK ON THEM.
    The Shannon Remodeling & Restoration LLC license has been revoked by DPOR...Yet, their website is still active and shows the License Number...STEER AWAY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO RIP YOU OFF!!!
