Tile not cut right , sticking 3 inches past the rest , super amateur. New spa heater hasn't worked right since installed. Start up process wasn't done properly which caused new plaster to stain. I have many text convos asking for hin to come fix these issues but never happened... Over a year later. I thought surely since I am a general contactor that he would take care of me on my personal home. He has missed out on many new pool builds because of poor service. If this ever gets rectified , I will change my review but I won't hold my breath.
