I hired him to do my basement in queens. He is never on time and so many mistakes on the drawing then I got almost $8,000 summons from building department. His office said they will take care of that. Most of them will be dismissed. Never happened now when I call them they don’t pick up my calls. I just hired a lawyer
If you wanna use his service be prepared for this.
