Nope, beware prospective customers...he doesn't give you back the money if you had overpaid him. And the alibi is that you owe him money a couple of years back. He doesn't give invoices or receipts for your payments, and does not inform you when he's going to do his work within the year. No written documents about the amount you're going to pay, and work to be done,he will just say it to you one time and that's it. Other than that everything is forgotten.
Better get a reliable company not a privately owned small company.
