    The experience with Shiming during our renovation was not good as the follow ups were poor . He relegated to his subordinates who was difficult to reach and not really tried to solve problem when there were issues.We won't recommend him and won't hire him if there is any future project as he is unreliable , not helpful and his subordinates dictated by him to be uncooperative.
