OVERALL,,,VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Had such hope and trust in this company.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
The quality of this build was below that of what I am sure the owner of this company is capable of.
It is sub par of what a build in NE Washington should be.
Problems with Pole Barn construction,,
and concrete sub contractor.
Poor craftsmanship and damage done by both builder and concrete sub contractor, that will cost additional time and money to correct and fix properly.
Shorts construction did not fulfill total of signed estimated.agreement as well as the concrete sub contractor,,BD Morris construction.
Additional elements of the estimate were to be preformed but not done and reimbursement was not made.
Tried to get communication from the owner,,,demanding for him to return calls, as well as escalation to other options. So,,,it seems like once the final check is written he is nowhere to be found or heard from!
Shorts Construction supposedly tries to make a point of,,
“Making his customers Happy”.
Don’t believe it for one instant!
I would also dare to say I was way overcharged for materials and labor for the entire build out!
SAD BUT TRUE!
If this stops anyone else from being a victim of Shorts Construction, then this review has served its purpose!
I do have more details and photos to prove my case!
