Harry Simino is one of the few people that we worked with that I would recommend wholeheartedly. Very experienced and very well connected at the DOB. Took care of business expeditiously and was able to work magic to fix a few screw-ups by others.We've had a very warm relationship with both Harry and his assistant Marina.I think construction in Brooklyn is insane - but I would always go to Harry first.
