It’s unfortunate that one of the most exciting times of my life has turned into an extremely stressful event because I hired Simmons Home Construction Inc. to build out my daycare. I am paying thousands of dollars a month in rent waiting for Simmons Home Construction Inc. to complete work they were paid up front to do. Roger seems to have every excuse in the book as to why he just can’t complete the job from money issues, subcontractor issues to stolen truck. All of which I feel as a customer is none of my business. I hate to leave a bad review for such a small business but there is no excuse for work to be moving at such a slow rate. I will remove this review if this nightmare is resolved in a professional and timely manner. If you are reading this review my issues are still unresolved. I have filed complaints with Chicago Department of Consumer Affairs as well as Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan. I hope to have my job completed in the near future.
