A totally incompetent and a thief. I contracted with them to do a covered porch. He totally screwed up the footings and their placement. The workers he sent out to mix the concrete show up with 5 gallon pails, a drill and a drywall paddle. They added so much water that the concrete would have zero strength. I finally let them use my cement mixer which they had no idea on how to use! He says he is doing you a favor by getting pricing for materials. He gets the material money up front, orders the material (which is often wrong), never shows you the receipts (no matter how many times you ask for them) and the actual cost of the material is significantly lower and he pockets hundreds of dollars. He has no idea as to what he is doing besides ripping you off. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere for a contractor.
