I would say SIMPLY THE WORST. It is my first review even though I went through a lot of projects and some contractors were better than others
But this one is the worst. I hired them to replace 5 custom skylights for 12K through HomeAdvisor. Alastair is the sales person who is polite and nice but after you sign the contract you start dealing with Kevin who is really the one who does the job. All installed skylights had problems at some point and required to be fixed. I do understand that everybody can make mistakes but the question is how many mistakes can be made for the single service they provide. You need to be ready that if you have a problem Kevin will not return your calls or e-mails or hold on to his promises. The last straw was a leakage in the skylight above main entrance after 6 month from installation (and I’m talking about water on the floor) which damaged freshly painted walls. I sent them e-mails asking to come and fix it, after 12 days of waiting and e-mail exchange, I still do not have a scheduled repair date. I contacted HomeAdvisor, they tried to contact them with no results so now they are filing a formal complaint which may result in canceling their account with HomeAdvisor. So do yourself a favor and save your money and possible stress by avoiding dealing with this company
