I am rsposible for the latest addition to U.C.L.A. Graduate Housing. Sirius mechanical staff are excellent and knowledgeable. WE are still operating under a 1 year guarantee and the rare adjustments that have to be made are answered within one hour service call arrival. Case Bennett is extremly skilled at customer relations,bringing me up to par on the fantastic Mitsubishi City units and operation and is a roof to basement wealth of knowledge in all trades and design.

I had a system installed on 3/5/21 and it has not worked since the first week. Multiple attempts to have it serviced have been ignored or made excuses. It has been almost a year and no response. I tried to understand since there was a pandemic. My kids are suffering and there has been constant excuses as to why they won’t send someone out to fix it. Very disappointing.
