It’s been a nightmare from the beginning. When the estimate was done he told us they would remove the hot tube and pergola as to get the whole patio. Paid 4,000 down and the other 7,940 when completed. The installation was a something I would never have thought would happen. They left garbage all over the yard. We have a fish pond that had cement bags blown in it. We told her about it but she seem to think it was a big deal. After the first day when they leafy I would go out and clean up all their lunch garbage. Plastic tarps were left on the lawn with cement bags and buckets on them. Then they had a funeral for a friend. We understood that and they would come out after. The day went on and no show so I text her and she said we’re on owner way. 3 hrs later they show up. We’re told they would stay till the job was done and using spotlights. You can definitely tell when they did not have natural light. All the while we are telling them this was not what we ordered. They just kept throwing more looked like dirt coloring on it. This was all in the summer ok 2020. We let them know we were not happy with it and paid them the rest with a visa. We called and text for months no answer no reply. So we turned it over to our bank. It took a couple of months and the bank got our 7,940 back. Then in late fall here comes Shane with the sob story about how we failed him and loosing our trust. We told him about everything that had gone so far and told us he personally would come out in April and redo the whole thing. He saw the disaster that was left to us. We had a promise and his word that he would definitely take care of it. “I WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN” We paid him the 7,940. have had very little communication with him since. We were ridiculed for not being more considerate of his wife having cancer.

I had my driveway replaced by another contractor last year and that job was done so poorly I had to reach out to SJF Customs to resurface it. It pained me to have to do this but it needed to be done for safety, durability and safety purposes.
I had a vague idea of what I wanted to see but with Shane‘s professional and artistic eye he was able to pull together exactly what I wanted. His work and the end product exceeded my expectations
He and his crew worked tirelessly and in a timely manner, they did what they could to minimize the disruption to my household and the cleanup was outstanding.
I’m so happy I chose SJF Customs to correct the botched job the other contractor did, he turned a bad experience into a good one.
