No!!!!!! My house is falling apart. Didn’t disclose a pipe underground in front yard he put casting around because it burst when he turned the water on. Didn’t place window in master on correctly, stucco, gutter, all done incorrectly. Water has been draining internally all down side of house, rotting wood. Glued the hardwood floors to subfloors and used no underlay. Leak underneath shower in master causing dry rot. My fire sprinkler system ruptured back in Nov. I’ve been displaced from my home for months, May be a year. Discovering a plethora of problems. Lost all subfloors when they mitigated because he used no underlay and glued the hardwood to the subfloor. He ghosts me, will not fix anything. Has no integrity, no accountability. He’s horrible. Absolutely the worst! Don’t know how he even has a license. It’s just been the worst! He does not know how to build a house. Poor craftsmanship. Him and his son, ghosting me, my project manager. Don’t think they can ignore a subpoena. They can run but can’t hide. I have pictures, expert documentation, witnesses, etc.
