I selected Smart Yards to install artificial turf in my front yard, primarily based on its excellent reviews. A problem arose after the installation, and Paul Easley has been totally unavailable/non-responsive to my repeated requests to resolve this issue. he made one visit to the house (after 6 weeks of phone requests) and said he would have a crew repair the problem after Memorial Day; I'm still waiting. Despite repeated phone calls/e-mails, there has been nothing but radio silence from Smat Yards. My contract states that labor and materials are guaranteed, but Smart Yards seems totally uninterested in making good on that promise. I would not recommend this provider.
