Beware! We met with Mark a couple of times. In March, the first to meet him and the second to go over plans and sign a contract. My husband & I really liked him and were excited that he was going to renovate our home. However, after signing the contract, Mark disappeared. He didn't return phone calls or texts. We were left high & dry. Initially, we thought there must have been an emergency, but later we found out he was on other jobs. He left us without a contractor in the busy summer season. He was great about responding before the contract was signed. Unfortunate.
