Being an experienced and retired contractor myself from 3 generations of builders and roofers, SMTX Construction’s professionalism, quality of the work, clear communications, attention to details, and a very thorough cleanup, along with a very positive interaction with the staff and personnel, satisfaction with the finished product, and the company's adherence to the promised timeline and budget by SMTX Construction, exceeded all my expectations.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received from SMTX Construction! From my initial contact with Neal Gold, I knew I was in good hands. He was very professional, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly inspect my roof and answer all my questions – an extremely knowledgeable individual, Mr. Gold even worked with my insurance company to ensure that they understood the extent of my damaged roof and ensured that all necessary and appropriate paperwork for my claim was submitted without error!
The crew that came out was incredibly skilled and efficient, and worked together like a “well-oiled” machine! They worked diligently to complete the job, always showing up on time and staying on schedule. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail during the installation, and the finished product looks absolutely fantastic.
Beyond the excellent workmanship, I truly appreciated the team's professionalism. They were respectful of my property, and the cleanup was impeccable; they left my yard looking better than it did before they arrived. Even after the work was done, SMTX Construction followed up to ensure I was completely satisfied, which showed their commitment to customer service, and not just a “number” to them.
