This contractor is not to be in business ass ordered by the Attorney General's office following an investigation into their business practices. They were found guilty and ordered not to run ANY business until all restitution was made. That has not been done. I strongly recommend you report any attempts by them to contract work to the attorney general's office. At the time they were investigated they had over 30 court cases against them, not complaints but actual cases. Further info, email me at [email protected].

My dad hired them to replace the sidewalk in the front of his house. They started later than they were supposed to, never picked up the permits as agreed, then left the walk tore up and never returned calls. we finally took them to court in Northampton. The first thing the magistrate tellks us is she told them to stop their shoddy ways or they would be in trouble. I called every magistrate in the Allentown area and found they had over 30 cases pending and the one brother was in jail. A company in Easton was after their girlfriend for not returning a piece of equipment. The State Attorney General's office took them and 16 other contractors to court and the brothers were found guilty in absentia and ordered to have no businesses until all money and fines were paid. Yet, they're still doing business. WHY. No money has been returned to us. Who is supposed to make sure they follow the court order?? They're bums and crooks and their grandmother covers for them. If you take them to court take granny, too. She claims the equipment is hers. According to the transcript of the hearing they called a neighbor who sued them and threatened to burn her house if she didn't back off! Also, include Linda Snyder. She's alternately the "wife" or "mother" of one of them.
