Kasey Doyle, owner of Soil and Sea, will tell you that he can do everything that you are asking for. He will not take notes but assures you he will do it all. He then hires landscapers with minimal experience who do not speak English and directs them to do all the work with no oversight. They leave lunch trash on your property and fail to pick up their landscaping mess. Empty plastic pots and broken flagstones are left scattered across your property for YOU to pick up. He demands prompt payment before he has completed the work. He fails to monitor email, completely forgets the things he said he would do, and loses track of plant lists. Stay away! This is a terrible business.
