I got the sales pitch from RDX Construction who then subbed out the work to Core Energy who then subbed out the work to Solgen Construction... You can see the problem. This company came out to install the panels in late May 2022 and as of writing this review have yet to come back to finish the job. I have had a horrible experience dealing with them. At this point I don't know where to proceed as I have begun making payments towards the finance agreement. If you are able to get any information prior to signing anything on who will be installing your panels DO NOT PROCEED if its with this company. Horrible company and hope they are no longer in business if they plan to continue with this as there service motto.

By Dayle P.June 8, 2022Another company hired them
This company sub-contracted from Core Energy for installation of solar panels. The panels were installed and the crew left with one defective panel in place and they did not even mention the defective panel. The panels were installed in March 2022 and as of this review, June 2022, the panels are still not hooked up to the breaker panel. We are making payments on a large out lay of funds w/o a product that was promised! Do not used this company w/o doing your home work!

By Carol T.April 17, 2022Installed a Solar system
They gave us a sales pitch that we thought was good, but I would recommend never do business with this company ever. If they recommend Pace to finance your solar system, don’t do it. They screwed us and the financing got attached to our property tax as a lien. We got charged way too much and we can’t get out of our overpriced contract. They don’t help after they install your system.

We signed an agreement on June 24. 2023 for 16 solar panels and four batteries. Core Energy Group AKA Solgen Contruction LLC, DBA Solgen Electric came on July 7 and installed the 16 panels but never wired them and they never came back to install the batteries, which I never received. It is now April 10, 2024 and the job is still not complete. We are stuck with a huge loan payment and no working system. Do not use this company!!!
