I paid over $4000.00 to Solid Path Construction for a patio extension; not only did they spray concrete all over my siding and my fence at my brand new house, but they also sprayed it all over my AC unit. Now that I am asking for a full refund for the damages, Solid Path Construction is saying the concrete was somehow sprayed all over my AC unit after they had finished and gone. Additionally, he left chunks of the old patio pad and weed barrier behind for the landscaping crew to clean up after him.The fins on the unit are shredded due to the damage from the concrete, and they also poured concrete over the heat pump and defrosters. I sent numerous pictures, and my HVAC team did as well; but he still insists I somehow caused all that damage after the fact. I'm not sure how I managed to pour concrete over the heat pump, or spray it all over the AC unit, but this young man could use some instructions in customer service. I would not recommend working with Johnathan at Solid Path Construction; in fact, I highly discourage it, and will share pictures should you care to contact me.
