    Reviews are not something that I will go out of my way to write but I was so impressed with Matthew Bergh and his team that I want to write one. He delivered far more than I asked for. With his easy manner, he was able to assess and make recommendations and provided an estimate the next day. This began with a call prior to our appointment with an estimated time of arrival. He listened attentively to our wants and needs followed with a thorough inspection and recommendation of the work. Due to a terrible storm my basement flooded and my roof needed repairs. Not only was he able to make repairs but he also remodeled our basement by moving walls and re-configuring the entire layout. His team was professional and careful. He cleaned up each day and showed up on time as promised each day. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend his company, Solutions Restoration, to anyone. His workmanship and professionalism was superb.

    This Contractor was hired as a referral by the Insurance Adjuster to make temporary emergency repairs to my roof after Tornado on 4/27/11. He arrived with 2 Hispanic Males who were afraid of heights, they had no safety equipment. He did not bring them any water, food or anything. They attempted to place a Tarp over my Roof, it blew off in 1 night. Matthew Bergh clearly stated he had no intention of obtaining a Building Permit, and lied to me to coerce me into signing an agreement to collect the money from the Insurer. I had to use another Company 2 days after he came out to repair his repairs. The he filed suit against me for $ 2,500.00. Is this a fair amount for work that did not even last for 1 day? He said Tarps blow off all the time. But, JC Restoration did an excellent job placing the tarp and boarding the windows, and their Tarp stayed in place for about 4 weeks. Do you think I should have been liable for the whole $ 2,500.00? DON'T USE HIS SERVICE FOR YOUR REPAIRS
