I had this service for about 1 1/2 years. In the beginning the service was good. As time passed, I noticed the normal visits to my home kept getting longer and longer and I found that I needed to buy the tablets and service it myself. My pond is very small--maybe 200 gallons capacity. I was paying for two visits a month and towards the end of service, Sonoran came once in 6 weeks and two days. At that point, I decided their services were no longer needed He denied that the visits had been that far apart. However, I kept a log of when he came and serviced the pond. That last day,. I checked the pond after Sonoran left and he (the owner) had backed out most of the water and then turned the back-wash off and left me with a pond that did not have enough water for the pump to last very long with an almost empty pond. In other words, this man sabotaged my pond. I would not recommend him to anyone. If one decides to hire him anyway, just don't make him angry!
