    We had a great experience with Melton Custom Homes. Our home turned out beautiful!

    If you are considering building with Melton Custom Homes, I would highly recommend you consider other builders. I love my house but the process to get there was a nightmare with this man. He was absent for most of the project and his communication skills are nonexistent. I have been waiting since August for the last few items to be installed / replaced due to damage at install and he has completely stopped responding. I have two damaged doors, missing countertops, outlets that don’t work and more. After months of emails and calls to him with no response I’m not sure what to do next other than warn others.
