My experience with Bob Sorensen was/is a nightmare. I contracted with him to build an Endeavor Home in Grass Valley, CA. The results were faulty roof installation, deck that has to be rebuilt, plumbing leaks, faulty installation of insulation, inadequate venting in attic and crawl space, damaged lino installation in kitchen, faulty garage door installation, electrical not to code, poor finish and paint job. CA license board is taking action and has inspected home. I am also submitting a claim with his bonding company. Bob's honesty and integrity in my case is sorely lacking to the tune of 35 thousand in repairs.
