My bathroom remodel turned out to be a nightmare. Quoted two week job ended up taking 13 weeks. Several times the sub contractors didn't even show up. Other days they would show up at like 9 AM, leave for lunch around 11:30 and never return.

Remodeled our kitchen in about three weeks. It was more than just replacing cabinets and countertops: walls were removed and the ceiling raised for that open concept. All new windows and flooring too. It came out beautiful. Bathroom countertops were done on another project. Worker came and took measurements and a week later returned with countertops. They demo'd out the old tile and installed single and double quartz countertop with backsplash and new sinks in one day. Soon after we added a shower in a half bath. This project did take longer than expected. It was a different plumber on this job and he worked really slow but it turned out perfectly.
