  I have been using this company for many years. I am always pleased with the work they do. Gary is always professional and very helpful. I would recommend them for your sprinkler system.

  Worst company I have ever dealt with. I have called and left messages 8 times to confirm my appointment today and no one has answered my calls so here I sit waiting at home not knowing if they are coming out after taking a non paid day off from work. Whomever is in charge of calling back customers is asleep at the wheel. My company is looking to put sprinklers at their huge warehouse facility and I am in charge of finding a company. Just crossed this one off my list.

  Indignant and unprofessional

  Our experience with this contractor has been the most unprofessional.
  We needed to have our system winterize. We called and left messages for 2 weeks before we were able to get a returned call and appointment. They were a no show for the original appointment, we call to reschedule they came 40 mins late.
  The workers did partial work, left then called to let us know that one half of our system needed additional repairs.
  We called for 3 weeks to have the system repaired (16 calls), no response.
  Finally, I just called left a message, inquiring as a new customer and a woman returned my call instantly.
  I proceeded to tell her the past issues and practically begging to get some type of service or speak to a manager. She then tells me she's the answering service and someone will return my call.
  Within seconds I get a call back from a man, whom I assume was the owener. He did not identify himself but was indignant and hostile. He proceeded to rattle off dates and prices screaming into the phone. When we tried to explain and seek understanding. His belligerent tirade avoided us from seeking any type of reasonable solutions.
  Do not use this company!
  As past reviews also recommends, these people we unprofessional and very difficult to deal with.

  Lawn sprinklers

  2 days

  Will not return calls.

  Had sprinklers installed 4 years ago. Have a few heads that don't spray correctly. Also need to know were valves were placed for a landscape project. Gary said to call office, it was mapped out & I could get a copy.Have left numerous messages in the past 2 years. Not 1 return call. Very disappointed. Even ran into one of there technicians in town. Said he would relay the message for Gary to call. Still no call.

  I have been using them for many years with no problems. I called three weeks ago to see if I could buy sprinkler valves from them to make my own repairs. I was told by whoever answered the phone they would check with Gary...I still have not got an answer. I called a competitor and got what I was looking for. I'm very disappointed with SJ Turf Techs.   While Gary does know his sprinkler systems, his secretary Linda can't be bothered to ever return a phone call. This makes it difficult to schedule anything with them.
