Southern Comfort did a good job replacing our roof and gutters in October 2016. However, their communication skills are miserable. Our initial contract had several mistakes in it (regular shingles instead of architectural, "garage" instead of "screened in porch." They were supposed to contact me near the date of arrival, but I had to contact them to confirm they were coming. I had to make a few calls to get them to install gutter guards. The contract specified a 25-year materials warranty. I'm still waiting for that to arrive, despite an e-mail request to the general manager last month which has gone unanswered. When working on a ladder this fall, I noticed that there is a 1' x 10' area of roof that they missed. My e-mail to the GM mentioned this, too.
