Horrible! I had a hardwood floor put down by this organization and it took months and many calls to ALMOST get finished. Low pricing did not include installing thresholds and replacing quarter round or baseboard molding. I had to go buy extra material in hopes to get finished. My floor is now bowing up and snapping boards. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone other than a lawyer and the BBB!
