Excellent choice of contractors. Their work is top notch. They built our 16"x30" vinyl and compostie deck and did a beautiful job. We are so pleased we had them rip out the front porch and railing and rebuild it with composite and vinyl. Whatever it is, they can build it or fix it. In the 33 years we have been homeowners no one has done a better job. I am so glad we found them. We have several projects for next year that we are looking forward to them working on.
It's really nice to know that whatever our building or creative needs, the best team available is only a phone call away!

Very nice to work with. They treated us like family and completely refinished the exterior of our rental home. The house now looks brand new and you can tell they took extra time to make sure that everything was done right and to code, and then some! The details in their work was what we were most pleased with. We still can't believe that we got such quality work for such reasonable price. I felt like we were on an episode of Holmes on Holmes with the work they did for us. We have used several contractors in the past to do new construction and repair work, but none of their work comes close to Southland's. When you add in impeccable customer service, there is just no comparison. If you need work done on your home, these guys are the ones you should call. We'll never use anyone else.
