Not something I’d normally post, because I always want to support local and family-owned businesses. However, if anyone is thinking about using Southwest Builders, LLC - I don’t recommend. My house is 4 years old and my deck completely collapsed when my niece and I walked on it. Had 3 other contractors come out and tell me that they used untreated wood at the base of the house and indoor framing nails to secure the entire deck. Now I’m terrified to find out where else they cut corners in my house. Unfortunately, I think time will tell.
