We were very happy with the caliber of work, as well as the professional decorum of the crew. They worked long hours and completed their work without rushing. We would highly recommend this company and especially Malon and Kaleb.

A crew from Southwest Ceramic Coatings (Rhino Shield AZ) just completed a job on our home. They were very pleasant and accommodating, and we are pleased with their work.
However, we have two concerns. First, according to your TV and radio ads, we signed the contract while the 20% discount offer was valid; yet we didn’t receive the discount. A phone call to Tim Matthews, Area Manager brought no response from him. He stated that he was away from his truck and would send the information promptly upon returning to it, yet we didn’t receive anything. A follow-up email from us (see enclosure) received no reply.
Second, we should have received a breakdown of supplies and labor to support the $10,000 cost. When the crew supervisor arrived, he seemed confused as to what work was to be done. He questioned more than once whether the stucco and block were to be included. It appears that he was given no instructions by your company. Ours is not a large house, and we wanted only the wood and the metal drip shield painted. In retrospect, $10,000 does seem a bit much for the size of the job.
When your crew finished, they presented us with a Customer Satisfaction Experience form to complete. Because it all related to your crew, we checked every “yes” box, as all were true. However, had there been a question about truth in advertising and/or selling a job, we would not have had a positive answer.
Sincerely,
Carl and Eileen Lange

Subject: math breakdown w/discount
Hi, Tim,
Just a follow-up to your and Carl’s phone conversation of Monday, Nov. 22, in which you said you’d be sending us a copy of your electronic file showing the estimate and how the 20% discount, for which we qualified per your company’s ads, was applied. We have prepared the property for the workmen’s convenience on December 13, 2021. Thanks,
Eileen Lange
