I would give 0 stars if I could. Aaron (the owner) refused to perform a job that he was contracted to do (a very simple job for a professional that involved removing and replacing already installed equipment and fishing a replacement wire with an existing wire) as part of his service contract with Thermasol.
He has walked off my job 3 times now and I as the consumer was left with the expense and aggravation of having to hire additional contractors to finish the work he refused to complete. He suggested that perhaps I should finish his portion of the job because he will not be working on it. He became very confrontational and behaved like a toddler when I confronted him about the job he was paid to do not being complete. He then lied to the vendor Thermasol about the issue and told them that he is being treated unfairly.
He is unprofessional, has an incredibly bad attitude, and has no customer service skills. Furthermore he is careless and incompetent.
Run, don't walk, away from doing business with this company.
