    Basement Restoration

    Spalding Enterprises did a great job restoring my basement. They were very clean and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Virginia area

    roof replacement and rooms

    this contractor did low quality work with questionable laborers, it took him 6-7 months just to complete restoring the roof and also he was caught by not replacing the light system which his management team failed to observed and not replacing a fan in the attic and leaving other items on the list undone he failed to complete the entire tiling of the house and not placing seal on the outside to prevent insects and wasps from harboring and finally his company needs an inquiry conducted but as long as you have a system of out of the scope then no homeowner will receive the same services as others period. this client has racial intentions of denying seniors the same treatment as those living in wealthy sub-urban then those seniors living in middle class urban. There are facts to rule the thoughts. never will consider or reconsider again this clients needs to be investigated

    Complete home re- build

    I would recommend highly - they are easy to work with & really care if you are happy with their work - will listen to any changes you suggest .
    They did an amazing job on my home re-build
    After it was over 50% burnt out at the end of May/17 we are back in a totally new home as of 3/18 !!!!! Thanks Greg Spalding & team!!!!S.Stone
