Mr Sparks and his team installed the current unit in my 3300 sq ft home, in addition to the two mini split units in our sun room extention that we added.
This was one of my best experiences with a private contractor in view of the quality of work and his highly responsive follow up service. Equally important was the affordability of the overall superior service provided. The ease of contacting him for assistance when needed enhanced my level on comfort as I was convinced that I received quality work from a vendor who stood firmly behind his product and workmanship. He provides over the phone assistance when appropriate and otherwise otherwise on site resolution for our needs within 24 hours of being contacted. This gentleman and his team are highly professional and very passionate about their work product. If you're looking for a honest, fair and reasonable contractor, with the comforting personal touch I highly recommend Sparks Air LLC.

Very disappointed, his company caused water damage to my home, he said he would make sure to take care of the damages, and he did not. He took pictures of the water damage to my wood floors, bedroom where all the carpet and pad had to be removed, ceilings and bedroom closet ceiling. He and I discussed the matter once via phone call, afterwards he asked me not to file suit or file a claim against his insurance. When I tried to followed up with him, he failed to take any of my calls, and or text messages. He totally ghosted me. I should have checked the BBB, prior to allowing him to service my AC. Now I have to pay for the damages to my home and pursue my loss via court. Who wants to have to go through that !!! Buyer be ware of companies who doesn't register with the BBB. Also be ware of business owners who smiles in you face and are overly friendly making you believe they have your best interest at hand.
This review isn't done out of anger, but disappointment about poor customer service and companies not being accountable for their mistakes.
