Sean is the ultimate professional, and everything he does, is done with a plan, very methodically, and done correctly. He supervised and/or performed every part of my total kitchen rebuild. His role as the GC was critical, with no corners cut, and having stringent expectations for any of those he employs (tear down, rebuild, electrical, plumbing, insulation, word work, cabinet installation, cabinet hardware, rangehood, flooring, new base board heat covers, etc.) Everything is done not only to code, but done to perfection. He showed up each day (10 hour days were typical) on time, prepared what he needed for tools that day from his huge enclosed trailer. The worksite at the end of the day was spotless. Clean up at the end of the day was not rushed, and every tool was put back in its place in the most meticulous manner on his trailer. With the billing, I received a detailed page of every single task that was performed, for every single day he was here.
Although I could go on, I will say this to a fellow home owner that is looking for someone to perform major construction. Resist the temptation as I learned to piece meal a project together yourself to save money. We all have that handy brother-in-law or friend who will "bang out" a project for you. If you go that route, I promise you it will not be done correctly- better to put the project off until you have sufficient funds. I give Sparveri's Contracting Services an A+. Tim - Feeding Hills
