Product quality is okay - warranty and service is horrible at best. Requested warranty claim in July and still not results or anybody that has come out to repair. Messages left 7/1 - 7/20 and 9/12 with Dena who told me she would look into it immediately and today its 9/28 and no word back. Very frustrating and when asked in my neighborhood how or what I feel about this company I will advise them to stay away - because after they have your money they are done with you. even filed an on-line claim on their web site on 7/20 and nothing..
