For women business owners who rely on skilled tradesmen to do work this company is definitely not a choice.
I am a small business owner with multiple rental properties. I requested that an entire rental unit be painted, including a closet in the bathroom (which by the way includes 5 shelves that were heavily stained). I was promised this yet the painting was not done. When I requested that painters return to the property a second time to complete the closet, upon inspection we found the heavily stained shelves unpainted. The crew had already packed up and left the premises.
When I inquired why the shelves were undone the response was "There was no doubt they were not painted previously."
This reply was really disappointing because the painters could have called to get clarification, just as a courtesy. These shelves are an EYESORE. I will have to pay someone else to do this work.
If your business is looking for a crew to support the growth of your small business find other painters who have interest in building customer relationships.
