Total scam. They charge $100 for the first hour but as a service call. They cannot repair your system and give you all kinds of solutions that cost well over the $100 to get more money out of you. You end up paying $100 for just having them show up. Great business where you make money for doing nothing. Talk to the owner or person in charge that told me originally that it was a small job and that $100 would cover the repair. He was a total jerk on the phone. Basically telling me that it was my fault since I did not tell him it was a bigger job than what I told him. Unbelievable since I put it on writing on a text to him. Troubleshoot valves and wiring which give me a fault while trying to run system. I had my neighbor come over after I told him about my terrible experience and he fixed it in 10 minutes by switching a couple of wires that were giving a ground fault. Do not trust this company. They are out there to make money for doing nothing and do not care about you or fixing your irrigation problem

This company must be working all over CA. Same contractors license number. I live in Northern CA. I paid him $4,000 dollars to up grade my system and add irrigation to my garden beds and pots, so I wouldn't t have to water by hand. I spent all summer watering by hand! He refused to fix the job he did. Refused me the final receipt. They need to be put out of business!!
