    Beware of this builder - he’s has a split personality and screamed at us over his and his sub contractors mistakes! Building a new home should have been a great experience but he turned it into a nightmare! We removed him from our project and fixed many issues and errors.

    I had a stress free experience with Sqaun Builders. The owner is a man of his word which was my biggest fear when deciding on who to hire as our contractor. We couldn't be happier with the end result. I was at times indecisive with some of the decision making but Chris was patient because he wanted us to be happy with the final result which we are and the workmanship is top notch! I am very detail oriented so that's saying a lot. His contractors were professional and I never felt uncomfortable which was another initial fear I had. I highly recommend Squan.

    I would rate the contractor as the lowest you can give. My family and I lost our home in a fire. At the time I had 2 small children and was expecting my third. He came in and signed a contract with us to rebuild our home. At first he was wonderful. Then when we got toward the end of the project he kept telling me that certain items would be completed after the house settled. It even states that in our signed contract. Alot of the items were mistakes they made during the rebuilding but I guess were things that do get repaired after the house settles. Well it has been 5 years and many phone calls/emails and we have yet to have anyone contact us to come back and make repairs. He was paid in full and my house that is only 5 years old looks like it is 20 years old. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE DOING REPAIRS FROM A DISASTER!!!!!
