Our condo building contracted with SR Building Services to stop leaks into a ground floor bank from two residential decks above it. Leaks reoccurred two times, leading to three expensive attempts to repair those leaks before possibly succeeding. SR was then awarded a contract to take up the residential deck boards, find and upgrade drains, clean surfaces, and renew coatings in areas not covered by deck boards. These residential deck improvements were completed on one deck, while being only partially (one-third) completed on the second deck. SR refused to lower their charges even though they had not done two major contracted tasks on the second deck, despite detailed appeals for a cost adjustment. In short, both SR's work and customer response were unsatisfactory, and deserve their low rating from us.
