Stay away from SRCM LLC. This company built a detached garage on a property I recently purchased. The garage door was improperly installed, resulting one side not completely closing and occasionally opening for no reason because of a poor job aligning the garage door opener sensors. Also, every time it rains, the garage has standing water in it, even though SRCM installed an external drainage system.
Worse yet is Mr. Yunchyk. He refuses to honor the warranty the company provides and doesn't answer the phone. I have an open complaint against him with the Better Business Bureau of Minnesota. -
