    I think these folks have cleaned up their act since prior reviewers left notes. Very positive experience working with this company and their staff. Property was nicely put together and the team was highly receptive to my outreach from me and other tenants.

    I agree with the other reviewers. Don't know how you can get any worse than they are. It was a sad day they took over the office complex where my business is. They are completely negligent. They never pick up the phone or return calls. Took a couple of weeks to get them to rehire the person who was caring for the property cleanup and bathrooms for the previous owner. In the meantime, the bathrooms ran out of paper and the garbage cans were overflowing. Sridhar did not respond for several days after we all starting calling. We have tenants in our complex now who do not have heat because of a gas leak. Apparently, Sridhar doesn't consider a gas leak an emergency, and clearly they don't care that tenants don't have heat. Rating is negative -500 because I think they actually put people in danger.

    Lying and dishonest people. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with them for a year. Thank goodness my lease is almost up. Would NOT recommend these people.

    This place is the worst place and the worst people to do business with they lie and try to cheat people out of there money. I was unfortunately a tenant at one of there many apartments and I will only say that even though its easy to get in they will get you in the end. RATING is negative -100
