I have a Home owners insurance policy, with roof RX as their roofing company. I purchase a beautiful 30 year old home here in Murrieta in November of last year. We just experienced and big rain storm and two small wet spots devolved in the high ceiling dinning room. When I contact Roof Rx, we made an appointment in three days and they charged me $75. Needless to say, the inspector cancelled that appointment an hour before the arrival time. Expecting more rain to come, I contacted roof Rx , I was a bit put out over that and the dynamic conversation with the scheduler. I found Srs roofing from a friend that used them and were extremely happy with their workmanship and service. They scheduled Scot to come out later today but called and said they had a early opening. When he arrived as promised. He was pleasant and saw the issue on the ceiling from the door. After his thorough inspection. He showed me pictures of damaged roof tiles were the issues my be and went over the plan to fix my issues. VERY professional and friendly. The quote was reasonable, so I quickly cancelled RoofRX's appointment and asked for me $75 inspection fee back.
