I would give this business 0 star if I could. I contacted Mr. Tim Ling for an estimate on a fencing project for my rental home, and he confirmed the appointment @ 10:00 am couple days earlier. On the appointment day, 10 minutes before the 10:00 am when I was on my way to meet Tim, he called me saying he couldn't make it at 10:00am, and he would be there by 11:30am instead. I was a little mad at him, as I would have to wait for him for one and half hours, he should have told me earlier as this was essentially a rescheduling, and this was exactly what I said to him over the phone, and I think he wasn't happy about that.
Anyway, as soon as I arrived at my rental home at 10:00am, I called him at least 3 times trying to confirm the new schedule, but no one answered my calls, so I decided to wait for him. At 11:30 am, Tim did not show up, so I called him again several times, but he did not answer my calls. 20 minutes later, he finally texted me saying he won't be coming!!!
This company does not care about its potential customers, not respecting other people's time at all, I can't imagine that a business like this would be able to do anything successfully. Stay far far away from this business.
