At first I was happy with the new roof that I paid $28K for. As soon as the job was completed and paid for, the owner would not answer any of my 6 text messages. I had tried to contact him at all 3 phone numbers listed but he has not responded. To date he has failed to provide a copy of the invoice showing I paid $28K for re-roofing my house. I then drove to the address listed in Fountain Valley, California, to obtain a copy for my records and found out that the address that was provided to the California State Contractors Licensing Board and is on all correspondence is a fake address. There is no roofing business at that address. In the event the roof fails during rain storms the warranty becomes invalid since there is no way to contact the owner of this business. When discussing the job with Brad I had no idea this was a shady business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
