My experience working with Sharp Image Homes have not been a good experience at all. I moved into my home in 2013. The air conditioner has been going out every year for the past six years. The builder came out to look at it for approximately the first four years and got it to work sometimes for six months or until the next year which is when it went out again. The sixth year we had a air conditioner company come out to tell us why our air conditioner is going out year after year, the representative informed us that the two units that were put into our home, is mixed matched and not compatible with one another, which is causing the unit to freeze up. When I called Sharp Image Homes to make them aware of the problem, they told the builder to inform me that there is nothing they can do. I am now going to seek justice . In my opinion If you are looking to buy a home, do not choose Sharp Image Homes.
