    Repairs after Hurricane Michael

    I wish I could give negative number of stars. Run, don’t walk away from these guys. Paid over $88,000 for a new roof and other repairs. New roof was put on, but never passed inspection and we had to pay for another roof. Plus they stole an additional $88000 for work that was never performed. Christopher John Jones has already been in prison for 5 years for construction theft in Lakeland, Florida. Hopefully they arrest these guys. We filed report with sheriffs office and I would encourage others to file as well. 4 detectives working on the many cases. We hired an attorney as well

    Complete home remodel after Hurricane Michael
    $160,000

    This contractor took over $78,000 of our money for major repairs after Hurricane Michael on 2 homes. Very little work was finished, and both homes are still completely gutted. The contractor then skipped town. We do not even have a roof on our personal residence, almost 1 year after the Hurricane. I DO NOT recommend these people to anyone. They have been a complete nightmare!

    We signed a contract In November of 2018 after hurricane Michael. We were told we’d get a new roof within a month of signing this contract. In January 2019 they took our roof off and did not put another roof on until March 2019. In May of 2019 they finally got in inspected by the city and it failed. Long story short, we are out 14k and are having to hire a different company to put a roof on. Our roof has leaks in it! We have given them ample amount of time to make things right and fix this situation. They have lied and taken advantage of us. Do not use this company for anything.

    Home Rebuild after Hurricane Michael

    Does not answer e-mails nor requests for information. Mr. Stargardt also has kept my deposit without doing the work on the house. His demeanor is needlessly aggressive and he will attempt to confuse you as if he knows the law. Furthermore, his company roofed over my skylight. Be very weary of doing business with this company.

    Roof

    They did an excellent job removing and replacing my mother's roof after Hurricane Michael. They were fast and efficient. It was done so quickly, we were the first in the neighbourhood to get a real roof. Thank you guys.

    Replaced roof damaged by hurricane Michael

    This contractor has been a total nightmare. The metal roof that was installed looked terrible. They even agreed, but are doing nothing about it. They refuse to even communicate with me. They are not reputable in my opinion. I wished I had never used these people.
