I didn't work with them....I am one of the fools that bought an 8 year old home from former owner....again, only 8 years old....so far we have had to replace both bathroom vanities....the master shower has 2 holes in the base....NO support under it at all, we patched it until we can replace it....the kitchen sink has leaked twice...we fixed it....the base cabinet under it has damage from previous leaks..... the outside outlets did not work.....called electrician...he fixed that, but told us the reason our 2 outback security lights don't work is because critters shorted out the wires, apparently the builders didn't make sure all openings were sealed off....the screens do NOT fit securely in the windows...if you open the windows, there is room for critters to get into the house...the garage door does not fit the opening, there is room for critters to come in on both sides, and the bottom.
